CMDR Blatant, Backer reporting for duty

Hi everyone Cmdr Blatant here,
after a slight status accident I have been absent for about 5 years, thankfully after being rescued my ships are where I left em.
Suffering a cane of space amnesia and been relearning things in Solo, but that's boring. Now I'm back in the seat and getting the hang of things again, figured I'd join Mobius as I'm mainly grinding Elites, Ranks and Engineer mats in the Bubble.
Let me sign off with a total noob question, Mobius PVE Eurasia seems to have been offline 4 days ago, are there "hours"?
