Having played Elite in my youth on a BBC, I started on ED in 2015. In 2019 shortly after joining Mobius I had to take a break due to work & a dodgy game PC.
Now, returning in Dec 20, with a rebuilt PC & multiple monitors all ready to go, I've fired ED up with all the saved data & bindings, & I'm looking at it thinking I haven't a scooby what I'm doing.
So, off I go, hoping it's like riding a bike & it'll all come back.
Originally opted for PvE because I was mostly doing exploring & having played solo it seemed a bit remote from the games intention.
Me: I'm an elected politician with nowhere near enough spare time to do the game justice, but it's a fabulous way to switch off from time to time.
