Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

I like Elite Dangerous its just lacks a proper division for PVP sectors and non PVP sectors. Most MMO's have it so that beginning players can get there bearings without being blasted to smithreens

So i do want to play with other players because SOLO can get lonely but Open is a bit to dangerous if your planning a month long (or longer) exploration run or are just beginning.

So here i am hoping to meet some other CMDR's and surviving the experience

I actually played Elite Dangerous 2.5 years ago. Played all the training missions and watched all the youtube training videos at that time so just needed to take a refresh course and i was on my way
Some things have changed with exploration it seems between now and then. I'm still out in the black so continuing that for the moment.
So i'm actually not a complete newbie but pretty close since i'm flying a Viper MKIV which is the only ship i have.
