Humm.... yes, but I don't think you'll get any ALD bounty bonuses this week since you weren't aligned with her and level 2 or higher during this cycle.
To get ALD bonuses going forward, you'll want to do some PP merit activities before the cycle ends (Wednesday night) to get to at least 100 merits this week, (and every week) so that you'll be at least at lvl 2 going forward.

If you are working this (or most any) CZ, be sure to check the BB for missions before heading in. I picked up several missions by switching from open to solo to Mobius and waiting a few minutes and checking again. $1.419 mil extra for killing just 7 opposing force's ships in the CZ.

Hmmmm ... I just made 3.2 million in bonds for Pancienses network, but I "only" get a 4.4 mil payout. Which is 40%, but neither the proposed +20% for A L-D nor the other ones ... cashing in at Noli Gateway ... missing something?
Oh and I am rank 4 with A L-D.
EDIT Ah, I think I got it ... :

Pancienses seems to have dried up completely -- found no CZ whatsoever. The "substancial payout" note has also disappeared from Reddit, though there are still "High Value CZ" listed there. Can anone confirm that the former bonuses apply there as well?

HR 571 no longer has any CZ's
If I'm reading the reddit page correctly, these 3 systems are now the one's to go to for high value CZ's

Thanks fellow Merc; can anyone confirm that the bnous system is the same 80% as in the former?
As I understand, A L-D gives
+20% right at shoot-down when destroying enemies in Empire space alone,
+20/30/40% accoring to rank with A L-D,
+20% (?) for high-value CZs?
Is that correct?

Affirmative. I just finished up a round in a CZ in LHS 1852. Was making big bucks since the new PP cycle just started and I went from a level 1 to a 4. It's kind of weird how the bonuses are applied. One person broke it down here:
