Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

I went to do the community goal in Zibal in my Anaconda, I went to both Zibal 6 and Zibal 8. Both have Haz res sites, however,
I could not enter/drop into the site because it seemed as though they were inside an exclusion zone.

Does anyone else have this problem?

I don't have an answer to your question, but ..... isn't this week's CG for combat? Working CZ's, not RES sites, will gain you bonds for the CG.
