Dear CMDRs! A Report to the Admin is already sent ... a "CMDR <<<REDACTED>>" tries to use rule-loopholes to shoot and destroy other CMDRs Ships in CZs at this CG! He also became WANTED by that action and is definitely just there to kill others ... He also broke the CZ rules a few times and i saw him blowing up two Corvettes in front of me (which were in WIng with me) :( ... after a few gentle words, that he shall instantly cut his actions, he just boasted that he has already killed much more CMDRs here! ... Just a simple WARNING to be careful, if you are playing that CG in the MOBIUS PVE group these days ... sadly :/

Best regards, have fun & fly (very) safe!

Not sure you are allowed to name and shame until the admin team has decided the person is guilty, however thank you for the heads up.

Which part of the rules did the CMDR break? Not choosing a side?

The very fact that he became wanted is a good sign that something's off. But as others already said, you should not disclose his ID publicly. The warning you posted is fine, except the previous note. The ones who will decide about the fate of said Commander are the Administrators here.

The violator has been removed from our group and the above posts have been edited to remove the commander's name.

All future reports of attacks should be sent to the admins via the "contact" link.

Thank you for your responds, CMDRs. Now i am aware of not mentioning CMDR Names in several cases - sorry for that! I did sent a report via the contact link, just also wanted to post here (and on Discord), so you all can see what's going on ...

You asked ... "Which part of the rules did the CMDR break? Not choosing a side?"
The answer you can find in my official report:

Hello ... several CMDRs can confirm, that a CMDR has taken non rule
conform actions at the actual CG in HO HSI ... in CZ mostly - not always,
even outside, after he was wanted shooting and killing other CMDRs ... here
the details: He has ...

- attacked a neutral player (a player not having chosen a faction)
- attacked another player while being neutral (not having chosen a
faction oneself)
- left and entered a war zone in rapid succession for the sole purpose
of targeting other players.

So, sadly THAT wasn't possible yesterday (and i have heard the day
before): players wishing no PvP at all can safely enter war-zones as
spectator or to decide actions later, without being forced into an unwanted
fight.

This CMDR definitely does this:
These CZ rules are NOT an invitation, loophole, or condoning of PvP
within the MOBIUS GROUPS

Thank you!

WIth best regards, fly safe! CMDR Max Parax

Just a side note on this... if I got into a CZ, or someone else enters a CZ and declares for the other side, I leave them alone unless they attack me. Even if I destroyed all the NPC ships, I just let him deal with my side's NPC mob. Or, I just simply go into my own private group (or solo if you choose).
I agree that the CZ rules in Mobius can get a bit vague. If you don't know the person, I would generally leave them be, unless they attack you in a CZ. Or, perhaps even send them a message and ask if you's want to go at each other, or just stick with the npc's. It's not hurting anything to leave other players alone if on the other side.

How is the rules regarding CZ vague? As long as both players have chosen a faction, different ones in this case, all restrictions Mobius previously hold is gone. The only thing in my opinion Mobius needs to be clearer about is the "These CZ rules are NOT an invitation, loophole, or condoning of PvP".

Because how can you tell the difference between someone just wanting to kill players in Mobius using the CZ versus someone who's engaging a CZ in law with the policy? You can't. Either let the rules be what it is now and remove the above underlined sentence, or outright remove pvp from CZ aswell.

But in this case, OP said the offender attacked people outside the CZ and attacked non faction chosen Commanders which is really clearly not approved of.

You actually did a pretty good job explaining it.

My bad. I initially thought you meant the CZ as a whole was vague, but clearly you were one step ahead of me. ;)
