Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

I decided to join this CG straight from the start, the first time I've done so.
As it's all about delivering stuff I took my Python, configured as an armed trader.
The required goods are all available quite nearby, and as I'm carrying 224 tones per load, I'm doing all right.
I've gotten into the top 10% tier which looks like it's going to pay quite well.
I'm keeping an eye on the total contributions and the number of contributors.
I've set myself a target of keeping my contribution at over 10 times the average, to stay in the top 10%.
As long as I'm above this I take other missions and such to stop the CG turning into too much of a grind.
It's also been nice to see a few other CMDRs there too, and exchange greetings with them.

I did have one unusual encounter.
A CMDR turned up in a Vulture, an odd choice at a CG that's all about delivering goods.
Not only that, their rank was "Mostly Harmless", flying a Vulture!?!?

Not really. Our shown rank is only for Combat. Could be he/she made their cash doing trade or exploration, and only now is getting into the combat. Vulture is a good choice to start if you are new to the combat game. Tough little ship and hits well. I don't even think I was Competent when I hit Trade Elite.

After that recent CG where everyone got massive payouts (can't remember the name .. old brain ..), I saw a "Harmless" Commander flying an Anaconda

fly Asp Explore so can only runn88btons a trip.

Sharman port wolf 186 seen to have never ending supply of geo. equipment. and only 1 jump there and 2 back for me.

I'm coming from PLX 695 - Dover selling the H.E. Suits for 165 a piece and picking up HN Shock Mounts to sell for 81 a piece. 2 jumps there, 2 jumps back. What are you guys getting for numbers?

I'm mostly getting Geological equipment and Pesticides from Bondranses and Kolaga.
Not a massive profit on the goods (average around 100cr/ton) but near enough to get lots of trips in. So building up nicely, I'm still in the top 10%.
Also there have been plenty of missions in the same area, which makes it more interesting and profitable.

I'm getting geological equipment. making around 450/ton from Sharman port.

Been shopping around a bit for more profit, doing OK now.
Tshang station is very busy this evening, at least a dozen CMDRs there when I left.
I've seen more human players during this CG than I've come across in all my previous playing time, and that's quite a lot!
It's nice to have a bit of a chat as people come and go.....
