CG - More Imperial Warships - Huge Rewards, really huge!

At 12:00 Galaxy Time (12 UTC/GMT) 1pm BST, 2PM CET Rewards were as follows
Top 4% - 345,945,600 (Yes - 345 million)
Top 10% - 207,567,360 (207 million) about 7000 tonnes required
Top 25% - 138,378,240 (138 million)
Top 50% - 86,486,400 (86 million)
Top 75% - 43,243,200 (43 million)
Top 99% - 600,000 (only 600 thousand)
Contributors 11,254
Tier 7 passed, over half way to Tier 8 (last Tier). Possibly going to finish today (Monday 29th August)

26,297,942 tonnes collected
There were an incredible number of Mobius Commanders flying and you could get run over if you were too slow.
Scratched paintwork aside, it was great fun
Why this much money, I don't know!
IMPORTANT: Commanders in smaller ships, never give up on a CG, the top 75% has less than 300 tonnes

Only three active atm. two at Jaques and another scavenger hunt.

I made 3 runs in the Cutter for the CG yesterday morning. It was enough for top 25% at the time. If I finished in the top 50% I'd be thrilled. Great pay for 30-40 minutes of work.

Lower boundary for the top 10% (330 million payout) was about 7000 tons, or ten cutter loads.

Why were the rewards so high for this? I did the Federation one the week or so before for their new capital ships and it was nowhere near these amounts.
Do FD generally favour Empire?

I think there was mistakenly an extra digit entered into the rewards payout.

Seriously. With over 11K contributors, that's literally tens of trillions of credits in bonuses the Empire shelled out ... just for the components. I mean, the bonus rate is literally orders of magnitude over the cost of the components in some cases.

I agree, something must've gone wrong, the step from 800k to 69mil seems a bit silly lol

I agree. I did the CG from the week prior, and I finished in the top 25% and got a reward of 17 million.
Not complaining mind you, I delivered 600 tons and got the top 50%, just claimed 138 million.
