Although I am an action-oriented reader, I enjoyed your writing, and then some.

The one thing that made me feel "strange" reading it, is that I always in my mind substituted 3rd person with a 1st person point of view.
I don't know why I did that. As I said, strange.

It reads well as an introduction to a bigger project, but simultaneously can stand extremely well as a short independent story.

That's why it left me wondering, will there be more?

There will definitely be more stories of Boxcar and Red, and there are a few already on this forum...I've just been very busy with writing projects that I'm actually getting graded on (yay for higher education!) that I haven't had much time to piece stories together.

Thank you all very much for your interest, though...

...I'm curious...what would people like to read about?

I just read your story tonight and well wow. You know how to convey your characters feelings to the point that you'r readers (read me) get
a big nasty lump in the throat adn watery eyes.. Well written story. Thank you so much for sharing it !
