I kind of hope that Frontier add something like 'Boatkits' or something so we can land on water worlds and go fishing!

I'm not positive about the physical dimensions, but for the record, in terms of tonnage an Anaconda fitted out to maximize its cargo capacity is roughly the same weight fully laden as a World War II-era destroyer. It probably wouldn't ride the waves very well, but if it's airtight enough for space, then it's more or less seaworthy.

Considering it has the general hull strength to handle landing at 9+ G planets without damage if you can "do it right", it should be capable to function as a submarine if need be.

As for ship sizes, those have been sorted out to a fairly accurate degree.
