There are much more reasnobly priced things out there, A free version of VoiceAttack (voice or button activated)
Anyone with a logitech G series mouse or keyboard has macro functionality built in, same with many other gaming peripherals.
There are also Autohotkey (can get reeeeeeeeaaaaaaaly complicated though), Macro Recorder etc etc.
Joystick Gremlin etc etc.
