Then. Once you hit some nice cargo levels A-B trading becomes:
Jump, jump, jump, dock, cash in 2.9 million.
Jump, jump, jump, dock, cash in 1 million.

I went Sidewinder, eagle, type-6, AspX.
Did random combat in the sidewider, then went to the eagle, a much better fighting ship, but fragile.
Then went into a type 6 for mining, now I use the AspX for mining, and an DBX for exploring.
A lot let risk to profit margin mining

Bought a Cobra Mk III on accident, and liked it. I used it to engineer in. Did everything It had to do.
I use the DBX for that mission now, that way I can collect and upgrade at the same time.
