Planetary Navigation Guide

I posted this in the FD forums, but I realize not everyone wants to visit that site. So here is my 'refresher' on planetary navigation in Elite.

Below is a video that should help pilots navigate on a planet to a set of lat/long coordinates. I just explain lat/long and my best method for getting to any coordinates in an expeditious manner.

I was going to post it in the noob forum. But I realized that when I got my first tip off mission a few days ago (requires you to nav to a set of coordinates), I had to go back and review how to nav to a set of lat/long coords. And I have a lot of hours in Elite.

Anyway, disclaimers as always: I could be wrong, it might not be useful to you, there might be better ways, Han shot first, etc, etc...

Yes, that's one of the web tools I mention in the vid.
