How to hide yourself completely in Elite

I seek to know if people who have added me as friend in order to know my location, will also know my new commander name if I begin a new commander ( since they will still be in friends list).
Now to hide you may say just remove them as friends,
BUT
What if they block you, and your new name appears in their blocked contacts list.
What is a way around this.
Seeking to go true invisible.

New commander, new account, fresh start should be unknown. Unless you mean clear save data that is an unknown to me, but should wipe everything related to you your Commander name. If you remove someone, you disappear from his list as well??

do you speak of starting a new Fronteir account???
Because then i would lose a lot of ARX.
But to create a new commander would still have you in the friends and blocked list of those you try to hide from.
Some powerful factions have put hits on me and im being stalked and hunted everywhere, hence i come to mobius.
HOWever, i seek to go invisible, to avoid stress of being hunted by engineered superships,
because if i begin again from the start, my ship will be easy to target.
You may say to play in solo or mobius, but i like to play in open sometimes.
Except i dont want anyone to know who i was befoer.
