Log Import Problem ...

I do not seem to be able to import my LOG file. It says drag and drop but every time I try it indicates that it is not allowed. I am logged in to that page. What am I doing wrong?

Chief, instead of Drag and Drop, just click on the box on the INARA page and go browse for the file.
