Hmmmm. No idea really.
It looks like it finds a log file. Can you confirm it looks like the right one and has entries for body and system?
Even if no body or system found, it should still do the conversion and label things as ‘unknown’. Are you sure the path to the images is right?

Thanks for the suggestions de Carabas. The strange thing is... I fired up SSC today and it's working fine. I played ED on my 2nd account yesterday after I posted the error message. I wonder if I just had a corrupt log entry that was hanging it up? I'll have to see how it acts when I switch back to my main account next time.

Do both accounts write the logs to the same place or is one a ‘normal’ and one steam?
