Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

Whenever I log in to Mobius America, everyone is offline. Is this whole operation dead? Do people do this anymore? I joined because I was hoping it would be more active than open world and I wouldn't get blown up by glorykillers outside of community goal stations.

Everyone always appears off-line. Our group sizes broke the friends list making it impossible for the Admins to admin, FD's only solution was to turn the feature off, so now everyone appears that way.

All of the groups are still very active, the best way to see where people are is to add them to your friends list see our in-games friends lists -

In game friends list for PC
In game friends list for XBox US
In game friends list for XBox EU
In game friends list for PS4

But remember, space is big, couple that with instancing issues and you can go quite sometime without seeing a player, even when there are hundreds of people on line.
