Beyond-Fleet carriers

This sounds awesome and I want one, and if its not personally owned, then I hope Mobius has one, 2018 sounds like its going to be a good year.
i dont think we know anything yet so its all guess work.
But these tie in with the new group mechanic be it called squadron, fleet, "bunch of futtering assholes" etc etc.
And from there on anyone who pays for it can get it.
We don't even have enough to guess how the mechanics will be for these but who's to say you can't have a one man band ?
And if you can fork up the needed 500 million to possibly 50 billion credits then why can't you own one yourself.
