The Hutton Truckers **CAN** lose the Orbital, because it is not their only station anymore. Same way Mobius can lose Rafferty's.
If you do want to help the HOT, please run only HOT missions out to Hutton's Orbital.
(No others, as this damages the home system faction influence.)

Poor phrasing, as you know several others have popped up since the OP on this thread, they've been debated to death, and it has stated that they are requests.
So unless Saberius pops in here and wishes to correct me and reaffirms it as an order, take it as an advisory.

Undeniably it could have been phrased better.
Face it, it's completely unenforceable, there is no way to check which missions people are running, it therefore can only ever be a request.

Honestly, it should have just read 'suggestion' or 'request'.
Players can play how they want, our own players barely assist our own in-game factions as it is, but heaven forbid when the neighbours ask politely 'can you please not do that?' and everyone loses their minds? Wow.
If players want to ignore it, then do so, if they think it makes some nice ties with another player group, do that too.
All the admin team can do is say 'hey, so this was asked nicely of us...." and pass it along.
