I placed an order on Aug 31 for a pin and a mug and have yet to receive it. I figured the delay was related to the pinned post, but I haven't seen any notification that it has shipped.
What information would you need to look into this?

Any chance we could perhaps hold a funding drive of some sort to help pay for the new certificate? Those things aren't usually cheap to come by.
