a better matchmaking is very welcome. But I fear some will be disappointed with..... After yet another discussion with the rare commodity producers, Commanders should now be eligible to only purchase rare goods up to their own personal allocation, instead of buying everybody else's ration as well.

Doesn't necessarily mean that you won't be able to buy as much of them as before. The way I understand it, it could be that you won't find the supply completely depleted if someone was there just before you.

That is the way I'm interpreting this change as well. Seems reasonable. I assume people ran into problems getting stock as many commanders would just sit and buy the stock as soon as it came up.
