Going to give this thread a bump.

When we set up this new discord server initially, the voice channels were set to Push-To-Talk Only, and we've been getting a lot of feedback (very) recently that this has apparently turned some people off to using the voice channels there.

The server has been changed to allow "voice-activation", or in other words, an open mic, in addition to PTT. There are already more people using the voice channels as of the change today, so if that was keeping anyone away, I wanted to mention it here in case anyone would like to give it another try. Hopefully this will increase use of the voice channels to match our already healthy text channel usage.

It should be pinned, and there should be a discord button at the top of board as well.

I've asked about the latter.

I changed it to an announcement.

Some of the moderators asked the admins about adding a button for it in the forum menu a couple of weeks ago. It's on Wolf's "To-Do" list as soon as he can find the time.

Anyone have any issues with the Discord Voice App causing stutters or locking up of the computer. My team in another game had some major problems as did I. I'd like to give Discord another shot but wondering if this is still happening. I'm on a Windows 10 PC. Thanks
