If you have beta access via the Lifetime expansion pack, or if you ordered it specifically, it will show up in your launcher.

ordered it specifically, maybe its because I have a steam based launcher, Ill just have to wait until I am finally allowed to download a non steam based launcher

15 minutes left on my Horizons 2.0 download...
