I have vivid memories of a division / brigade level tactics excercise, where a lot of high rankers fucked up big time. They couldn't stand to simply set their watches to zulutime... when orders were relayed with one hour delay the fuckers, tried to blame their staff!

Luckily, the order was clear and coming from top of the food chain made it pretty simple: "beginning Monday 6:00 am all orders are to be communicated in zulutime..."
