Very nice, Mobius! But how do you get that external camera?

no external camera, its a sidewinder looking up, currently the only ship you can get a clean view of the outside world. that's how everyone else is doing it. also pressing ctrl+alt=G turns off some hud effects that help capture.

You must be trying to view on a mobile.....

I use a song in it that is copyrighted....So they stopped it being viewed on mobiles.....

I watched the video without problems on an iPad. I just checked it again this morning to see if anything had changed but it still works ok. Very odd.

Not too odd. I think I know why. It's because I'm trying to view from a over regulated country.
GEMA (the German copyright mafia ) and YouTube are in constant quarrel.
I was just a little confused because YouTube normally states the reason for not being able to view the video. This time it only said "sorry".
Well, I'll just have to find a UK proxy to view it.

Oh! I didn’t notice (or realize) you could look up and see nothing of the ship at all! Maybe the TrackIR makes a difference, here. I’ll try again. Cheers!

what was the idea being the choice of music?

One was the opening line.......

The trading screens were just shown because of the line "So here's your life.....We'll find a way......Were sailing blind it's certain...Nothings certain" Reflecting the early trade side of the game that becomes your life and the uncertainty of the market prices.....

"From cradles to sleepless nights" Reflecting that I played the original through the night many a time back in 84.....

The line "Although this World is a crazy ride, you just take your seat and hold on tight." Speaks for itself

But mostly coz I'm living the life of riley playing this game......And luving it......And so should everybody else....

Even managed to syncopate a few explosions...That was not easy.....

Excellent, quite mesmerizing, I could watch videos like this all day long. For a first effort your already up there mate.

It must have disheartened many wanna be video makers like me, after seeing videos like that, for someone who has great difficulty cutting and pasting still images the bar is already way to high. I'll just enjoy yours and others talent.
