Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

Hello Commanders

Our PvE group appears to be pretty successful, as of the 28th September we have 248 members, that's roughly 8 players joining every day.

but there are still many players who haven't even seen the group sub forum on the official forums and are unaware of our PvE group. obviously the more players in the group the better the experience for you and everyone else.

so I would like to ask you to help spread the word were the opportunity reveals itself.

Iam trying to spread the word on the forums.
Its quite effective in those threads that complains about greifers or where people talk about solo play.

thanks, and ive seen the odd comment about joining the pve group. I know that there are forum users who never venture off the main page and as such are missing out on a goldmine of information on the other threads.

Another reason I try to make a point to post on announcements and mention the group, especially with the anni coming up.

Easy way to recruit folks into a PvE group when the idea of NPCs raiding Eranin need to be dealt with.

There is really demand for this kind of play. Thanks again, Mobius, for starting this group!
30 members on the board is not to bad either for the first 3 days.

And now, just 5 hours later we are up by 10 to 171 members. Wow!
Let's keep Mobius busy accepting those requests!

There's the risk it might turn into a chore indeed. It is clear to me, that the grouping in the game needs some administrative tools. The easiest way would be something like co-owners of the group. You just appoint them and from that moment that commander can also accept requests. And a group with co-owners can never be disbanded until all but one of the owners left it. Together with free naming of the group that would be great.

Michael Brookes said they will not work on group tools until release, maybe later but still no promises. I sincerely hope they will see the need, too.
