Beta 3. darn, they work fast

I was actually not expecting any beta 3.

Beta 3, So no Gamma? Or a short Gamma, by end of 2014 I would think in time to buy for Christmas so that is not far away.

They do seem to be working extremely efficiently though.

Ohh It will be a Gamma. But they have not talked about a beta 3. But my guess is that they gona implant some more features they need to test before going into gamma.
And my guess is Mining And open up space a bit more for factions so we can play Imperial and those ships
As well adding fuel scooping.

My hope is that they turn up the trading again. I think it's been purposefully ratcheted back to make people test the mission structure and progression. I was having trouble finding markets with more than 1 or 2 units of the goods they were supposed to manufacture. Having said that, I was having a great time last night with the various missions...including getting panned in a 'low' intensity combat zone within 10 seconds of exiting supercruise. You certainly have to mix things up a bit at the moment.

I guess I need to spread out more...leave nappy valley behind and see the universe.

The bulletin board often has more than one mission to the same system, so there's good money to be made. I agree that trading seems nerfed at the moment, to move focus.

I've read somewhere, that B3 will have almost definitely a partial wipe and quite likely a full wipe.

So I'm not aiming for the ASP any more, I'm sight seeing, checking out resource sites, just picking up some wows

I think I probably got this the wrong way round.

My plan is to do trading in this beta and try combat in the next, but the way they've done things, looks like it would have been better the other way round.
