NMS for £16 do I go for it....

So NMS is on sale in Steam at the moment for £16 which is a 60% discount. I know what most say about the game, but at that price even a few 10's of hours of play is good value (when you think it costs £7+ for a 2 hour movie at a cinema!).

I don't know tho!!

Of the 12 items on my wishlist 11 are on offer LOL

I wouldn't because of the stupid hype train that was around it, even though it was obvious it was gonna be a bit crap lol

I got abput 20 hours of play out of mine.
Didnt finish the 'story' or anything but got close enough to know exactly what I would need to do and how it would end.

So left it sitting. More fun to play ed anyways.

I am thinking of getting gta5 though. But I have already bought that twice before. First on ps3 then on ps4....

But I could mod it to use both my wheel and vr....

I can't know if NMS will make me happy if I don't try it though

I have hardly been playing Elite recently as it feels empty and pointless to me now :( I normally only play these days to sit in a ship in VR and wonder at the galaxy! I am waiting for 3.0 (or what ever) for them to start really fleshing out the core features more, making landing on planets have some purpose would be a start for me :D That and I do a few missions for OOM on occasion.

Oh and it's £££ for me, we use real currency ;) hehe :P

But yeah.
NMS is truly the duplo cousin to the lego technic of elite.

Seriously the flight mechanics are so limited it's difficult to even perform a roll near a planet surface and you only need to push a single button to land.
ANYWHERE.
