Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

Anyone remembers Nanosaur 2, where you fly a Pterodactylus with a jetpack? I still love the game, especially it's flight model and dynamic.
Yet it is not moddable, no custom maps, no more multiplayer that splitscreen. Does anyone know another game with such fine dynamics and multiplayer/map creation, and if possible ... dinosaurs?

Only multi player game I know with dinosaurs is Ark Survival Evolved. You can find it on Steam, but it's more of a survival game.
