Had a salad for lunch today - yech!

A tip... try to reduce soft drinks.
I am not really overweighted... ca 73 kg at max. But the belly was growing and that is at a certain age dangerous. So I changed from soft drinks to water and tea (mainly). Changed also my meals. But at least for me, avoiding soft drinks have a nice influence on the balance.

I set a goal of losing 15kg this year

I'm doing well

Only 25kg to go.

I try to get myself under 0.1 tons next year. Not promising anything, but going to try atleast.

I lost 29 kg this year. Christmas has impacted on that though so will be starting again in Jan.
Are we in need of a "Möbius weight-loss wing"?

I lost nearly 4 stone a few years ago, but have put at least one and a half of it back on this year due to "reasons", so yes we need an "Order of Mobius Fat Fighters", we could put it next to Riff Raff's so that, well you know, reward ourselves afterwards.
