You mean this forum here? It is set to UTC. Check your profile settings, as phpBB does not have automatic DST detection, yet. (soon

No idea - I just noticed it's called "Greenwich Mean Time" - well done that man! - and then called UTC by someone who shall remain unnamed for fear of repercussions!
