Merry Christmas And A Happy New Year To The A-Team

Postby Cmdr Kharma » Thu Dec 24, 2020 6:49 pm

Have a great one guys and gals........

Maybe with Odyssey........Just maybe.......

What a shit year......

That's an understatement........

A fucking, bollock busting, mind numbing, crazy, epic cluster fuck of a year would be closer to the truth.

I really hope everyone is OK and has avoided this shit so far.......

I can tell you behind the the public side of the NHS, it's fucking crazy, having to react to situations/advice that are changing on a daily basis......

Anyway ave a goodun.......

Maybe I'll learn to fly again.......

Tor.....Hold on.......Tor.......Wait a bit.....TOR will you stop fecking firing.......Ok......Tor I know a therapist that can help you....... :D My Cmdr also has small feet

Kharma,

You beautiful old bastard - glad to hear from you, even if you're wearing 2020 harder than a lot of us.

In fact, it's been so bad that I'm willing to publicly confess to missing you and hoping you'll make good on that threat to get back into your long-suffering Asp (who truly thought it was in the clear, let's be honest) and come fly again. Even Dawg's persuaded Helen to let him play with his joystick again. I believe her exact words were "I'm bloody surprised it even works anymore". Took Tor about 3 hours to work Dawg into some kind of functional condition - much booze and hee-hawing required.

And anyway. Lots of new puppies on Discord for you to get your tummy rubbed by. We have been keeping your spirit alive by occasionally swearing and spitting and threatening to sing cheery songs out of key while blasting them with plasmas. They're a fucked up lot, though - most of them just get optimistically aroused by our Father Jack-like behaviour. You really did leave us very big shoes (flip flops) to fill.

Really is good to hear from you. All "jokes" aside, glad you've been holding up - have sent well-wishes and thoughts your way occasionally - if you need some old, familiar drinking buddies every now and again to lean on and talk shit and old times with, you know where to find us.

Much love. And Sanitiser. Which, amusingly, in our case isn't a new thing for 2020 at all!

Socks xx

Merry Christmas, Feliz navidad, Hanukkah etc.

Is Hanukkah a spitting holiday ?
Certainly feels like I'm harking up a loogey when I say it.

Good to hear there is at least life in you and the misses are hanging in there.

Personally I'm left clutching my Viking honour, and hunkering down inside.
Cause that outside place is just wet cold and miserable as well as filled with that germ thing.

Also my modifier switch broke on my throttle a few weeks ago, that's fun..
And when I start to disassemble the thing a couple of the screws are just shredded to point where they can't be removed.

People call me Bob.

Rule 1: Pillage. Then burn.
Rule 2: No such thing as overkill, as long as there are reloads.
