Board colour schemes

Postby griffrawk » Wed Nov 22, 2017 5:21 pm

Hello,
Is it possible to set a non default colour scheme for the board? The light on dark is doing my old eyes no favours. I can’t find anything in profile display settings so maybe it’s elsewhere and I’ve missed it.

While awaiting an answer, maybe have a look at your screen settings?
The font is a dull grey on dark grey background, it's supposed to be very soft

Well I’m using an iPad so arguably the best settings (gamut, contrast etc) already set for me. Nonetheless I find light on dark very hard on the eyes. Harder to focus on, and when I look away all I see are lines. This isn’t unique to elitepve.

The fonts are indeed the correct colours as per your description.

Hi,
you can change it from ucp.php
under Board preferences, the default is ElitePVE and there is one other setting called ProSilver.

Be forewarned, it's a bit of a shock to the optics going from subtle greys to white and light blue...
I'm pretty sure the original setup didn't have many other options for themes.

Hope this helps.

Thanks saberius. Found it, and yes it is a bit of a jump. I notice the board layout is different but that’s fine by me as long as I can read it!

Awesome. Locking thread because it's all fixed and no more hitting it with hammers is required.
