Send an in-game join request to the Mobius private group and fill out this form. When you get to the page that asks how you heard about Mobius, select "I wish to transfer my membership between groups" and submit the form.
It may take a few days to process your request. Once your have access to the Mobius private group, you will need to leave Mobius PvE.
