Cant play in Group Mobius EU - PC

Hello everybody. Im a Member of this Group for a long time. I had a break from the game, around a year or so. I just reinstalled the game via steam, the game says I am a Member of Mobius Group but there is no "start game" button for me? I think my account must be reactivated?

Hi, are you able to start the game in other modes (Open, Solo)?
When starting, are you clicking on 'Start', then 'Private Group', and then choosing Mobius? Or are you clicking on 'Friends and Private Groups'?
You need to go 'START', 'PRIVATE GROUP', 'MOBIUS'
Clicking on 'FRIENDS AND PRIVATE GROUPS' just takes you to the groups page, it isn't for starting the game.

Hello, I too am a long time member it appears whilst playing today I am also having problems logging into Mobius, it appears that I can no longer gain entry into Mobius in the private group section, the group name is no longer there.

Did you have access to MOBIUS PVE group also?

Bummer, yes I do have couple of friends in the u.s all the rest in Europe with me and now I cant play with them.

Submit a request via
https://goo.gl/forms/IcapHdDwVEyZyS6w1 and search again for MOBIUS in the in-game requests and seek approval.
In the form, there is a section that will allow you to state 'I wish to change membership groups." and we can cross reference your request.
Remember to leave the MOBIUS PVE group once you get accepted back into MOBIUS.

Don't forget that you can always invite your friends to play in your own private group. It's super easy to setup.
