Rename Account or Delete Account for rejoin.

Hi, ive been away for quite some time and am just now returning to elite. (Ive left the group in game since the last time ive played) I have started a new commander and intended to rejoin the group under the new name. I would like to have my base account name changed here in the forums to my new commander name which is "Diego Thule". That or this account deleted so that I may re-register under the correct username (with the same email) before filling out a new registration form. Is this possible?
