I personally did the adder, cobra, asp road. Especially with the latter two I played almost all professions simultaneously. Yup, had the very same order of ships. I liked the adder for its plasticy, van-like feel. Then went to the Cobra, which is just a blast. Also to OP: try to save up for that on...

I just found my first Earth like planet with life on it (that hadn't been found by someone else). Makes a nice change to all the high metal content and ice planets :D I found one like that a couple of weeks ago. Yes, I had the problem when I moved from a Cobra to an Asp. The stopping distance is a little longer in the Asp.
