Friends of pand has jumped to 4% influence and purple central industries has dropped to 93%. Not sure if tis lockdown or a bug causing this, but if anyone has some time can we get some activity back into pand.

well the rares run with an asp ( solo around lave though) can fetch some nice values and quick credits. Theres some very quick credits around pand in the 20-50LY range, found at least 50 systems with 100k+ if u have an advanced discovery scannner and a detailed surface scanner lots of water and eart...

A quick update as well lockdown is still active but is declining, civil unrest and boom are red arrow down so those are in retreat. I see galnet is interested in talking to us, zeeman feel free to speak on their behalf, if they really want to talk to me they can find me here to, just turned in another 20 systems worth of exploration data and also killed a bunch of npcs in pand today to help reduce lockdown and boost expansion.

ive met 9 mobius pilots in pand and all have been polite, helped out with various things and had a great time even if it was just bringing 20m worth of exploration data for our project up here.

Ok so lockdwon is in effect, seeking goods sites spanwed ( take narcotics out there and drop off and youll get credits)

PCI is lockdown, so kill as many non PCI wanted as you can to get this state over and done with as well. Expansion is critical so should fire next, boom seems to have worn off.
