To open Mardo, you need the Sirius Permit. Thats Rep. Then there is Liz Ryder, need to be Friendly with a Group. Yak Nemo, need to be Friendly with another Group. Hera Tani needs Outsider Rank with Empire. Ram Tah, Surveyor or Higher. Bris Decker, Friendly with Feds. These are all Rep or Exploration...

I agree with Tor. Drop the Nvidia crap and get OBS. More capability, less resource hungry, and does not crap out randomly. Oh and no "Log in so we can track everything you do/play/run" crap either.
