Hey All! I have noticed on my travels that there are certain stations where you can turn-in any bounty/data for any faction at a 25% fee. Does anyone know the location of one reasonably close to HIP 20277? I'd like to mark it so I don't have to constantly go to Fed and Alliance space to turn in vouc...

I get that but say I have Thermal resistant shields and two thermal resistant shield boosters--am I wasting the upgrades by doing that?

I work out of HIP 20277. It has a half-decent outfitter at Fabian City and multiple HazRez sites a quick run from the port for grinding bounties. A fair number of players seem to use it as well so joining wings is a frequent possibility.
