We've seen at Lugh that cap ships can conveniently jump into the exact location they want.... they do not seem to have to jump into the nav point like we do.

People on Fdev forum are saying no adjustments to Imperial rep from fighting Patreus.

For Patreus: 438m Cr in Bonds
For Quivira: 822m Cr in Bonds

So right now its running in the independents favour.
