The latest CZ now at high Intensity near O'Rourke Colony OoM at 19.7% crimson at 8.8%

There are 2 high CZ's here, only one with OoM as an option.

Dammit! I wish I had known this before! The only thing that affect a minor factions influence during a state of war are combat missions and actions! Doh! As well as combat bonds, I have been doing other OoM missions to no purpose!!!
