I managed to get the request for docking done, after a few trial and errors.

You can record a series of key presses & pauses to do this. It's something like 'choose left panel' > 'move one tab to the right'>select>'down twice'>select'. Might need some pauses in there to allow it not get confused. You can tie that to a voice command or I think the recent version of Voice...
