During the beta they never revealed them ... and given you have to be pledged for a month no-one in the live universe has acquired the rights to them yet... I expect to see a 1.3.x patch deliver them sometime next week given that'll be the earli...

That doesn't clear it .... all that does is make it dormant.... you'd have to have a PvP kill following a KWS to remove the bounty

At least in Mobius running around with a massive bounty on your head isn't attracting griefing like it likely will do in Open
