No, seriously, I found how I did it wrong : I didn't retract the landing gear.
It work better, even it's a bit awkward to do.

I tried with my Anaconda. It didn't work.
Impossible to lock anything on ground.

How do you scoop while in the ship ?

I tried several times, and I never succeded to lock on ground canister or material.
