Stuck at tech 06. Cant find a site where it appears, even with a full wing.

Some of the obelisk maps are no longer available, so that's also working against us.

I realize this thread is a couple of months old, but I'm hoping that someone who has finished the Ram Tah mission can shed some light. We have a wing of two CMDRs and we have two of the PG/Open mode obelisks to scan: Biology 10 and Language 13. We can't find any site which has these active. Do we ne...
