Does the Apache/MySQL services on all the time or they only run when using the app?

i.e.
Lauching EDToolBox will start the Apache/MySQL services
Exiting EDToolBox will stop the Apache/MySQL services

So far it's the Federal Gunship and Imperial Clipper. My experience with the Clipper from the Conflict Zone (at Exioce) will chase you and shoot at you while staying behind you at 2.5 KM or less. Boosting with flight assist off and launching chaff didn't seems to help. It also took forever for Frame...

I sold my clipper last night and bought a vulture. Here's the load out.

I haven't taken it to combat yet though.

I noticed the ships' load out don't have ballistic weapon for armour in CZ. Are you omitting ballistic weapon so you don't have to refill ammunition at a station?
