Re: Stolen Poop! OMG

I feel bad for laughing as hard as I did at the biowaste of time that you had to go through, but that was hilarious. I was attacked by a persistent crazy in an Anaconda that told me that I hauled my last turd and he would mourn my death. Also makes me wonder if that guy's name, "Brown,&qu...

Re: Exoplanet discovery trip

Beautiful shots! Visiting exoplanets is a great theme for exploration. Kepler 169 c is stunning. I don't think I've ever seen banding patterns like that on a gas giant of all the ones I've encountered so far. Thanks for sharing. :)

Re: The Distant Worlds Expedition

if anyone is last minute looking for mats, this google sheet is a great help That's a fantastic reference! Thanks for sharing. :) I was torn about joining the expedition as I'm not sure if I'll have enough time to keep up with the fleet, but I couldn't turn down the chance to participate in such an...

Re: Viper MK IV shield troubles

The Viper MKIV has weaker shields than its MKIII counterpart in exchange for a much tougher hull, so losing shields quicker on the MKIV is normal. It's not usually anything to worry about as the MKIV's hull was designed for tanking and can sustain more damage than the MKIII, which should give you en...

Re: OoM at ***WAR*** in Exioce!

Teamed up with CMDR Selizar and cashed in 800k+ in combat bonds. We each had close calls--Selizar nearly lost power and my canopy got blasted--but we pulled through. I saw my first Cutter up close and personal--a little too close if you ask me. It rammed me head-on and took me down to 64% hull! Luck...

Re: What Is Your Worst Single Enemy Ship?

Why would aerodynamics matter in space? Less surface to intercept your laser blasts? :) Scientifically proven to be true! :D On a more serious note, Gorf is right. Aerodynamics matter not a whit in space. That was a poor choice of wording on my part. What I really meant to say was that, as an adher...

Re: My shiny new vulture

Congrats on acquiring your shiny new warbird! It really is a fantastic little fighter. Much tougher than it lets on. Be warned that it has been known to lend its pilots delusions of grandeur with how short work it makes of everything it so much as looks at! :P A lot of people say it's ugly but I rea...

Re: What Is Your Worst Single Enemy Ship?

Personally, I'd have to say the Federal ships, followed by the Clipper. The Fed ships, despite looking about as aerodynamic as bricks, can keep up with me through turns, and the Clipper is a nuisance with turrets. Actually, I think any ship becomes a problem with turrets simply because they track yo...
