Sorry, but chances of getting your 2nd commander in Mobius group are slim. So it would seem. :( You can make your own private group to wing with your friends, or ask your friends to leave Mobius group and join Mobius PvE. If you do that, you and your buddys have to leave Mobius group. Yes I do know...

Request sent from my new commander, Adwywen, to Mobius PVE, though my other commanders and most of my friends are in Mobius so would prefer that one eventually.
