Elite: Dangerous PvE - Mobius

On my way back to CEOS from Colonia onboard my Carrier. 34 jumos to go.

I'm enjoying my carrier playing Horizons in solo right now and came to this game for the ships, I'm not too interested in Odyssey and am wondering if the Fleet Carrier update with interior is gonna be available to Horizons players.
Anyone has a clue/Information on this? Thanks!

You need to find a system with Carrier Administration near your curent location, get there with your carrier, then you can add services.
You can use this tool and select Carrier Administration, dont forget to input your location.
